Kits (baby ferrets)

6-8 weeks of age:

Comprehensive pediatric exam

Stool exam (bring sample)

1st Distemper vaccination

Start heartworm and flea/tick preventative and use year-round

9-11 weeks of age:

Brief pediatric exam

Stool exam (bring sample)

2nd Distemper vaccination

12-14 weeks:

Brief pediatric exam

Stool exam (bring sample)

3rd Distemper vaccination

Rabies vaccination (must be 12 weeks or older)

Adults:

General health exam

Stool exam (bring sample)

Annual Distemper vaccination

Annual Rabies vaccination

Every 6 months:

General health exam

Stool exam (bring sample)
