1st Kennel Cough Vaccine

Worming (if not wormed) or Reworming

Start Heartworm prevention (if not on it)

11-13 weeks old

Fecal (bring stool sample in) • Reworming (if not done yet)

2nd Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Lepto, & Parvo Vacccine

2nd Kennel Cough Vaccine

Start Heartworm prevention (if not on it)

14-16 weeks old

Fecal (bring stool sample in)

3rd Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Lepto, & Parvo Vaccine

Rabies Vaccine

6 months old

Spay or Neuter

Extract any retained baby teeth at same time

Every 6 months

Physical (General Health) and Fecal Exams

Every 12 months

Rabies booster until 3 years; then every 3 years

Kennel Cough & Lepto Vaccine boosters • Porphyromonas Vaccine

Distemper, Hep, Parvo, Para boosters (until 3 years–then every 3 years)
